ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking engaged community members to join an Adhoc Committee. Members of the committee will focus on reviewing bylaws and addressing zoning concerns that impact our neighbourhood. Short-term commitment based on issue timelines (estimated 2–4 months).General Duties/Requirements
- Participate in focused discussions on zoning and bylaw topics
- Review relevant documents and background material
- Commit to respectful dialogue and collaborative problem-solving
- Attend committee meetings (virtual or in-person, frequency TBD)
- Support recommendations that reflect the needs and values of our community
Focus Areas
- Restricted Covenant & Zoning Concerns: Support review and guidance on land use issues within the community league boundaries
- Bylaws Review: Assist in updating and clarifying existing bylaws to ensure alignment with current needs and provincial guidelines
