  4. Buy a membership from the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues.Online purchases through the EFCL Incur a fee of $5 to support the administration of the EFCL site. The full membership fee is remitted to the Community League.

Free skating at our beautiful outdoor ice rink or at any other community outdoor ice rink (with current skate tags on your skates).

Free skating at City indoor arenas. Call 311 or log onto www.edmonton.ca, click on “Attractions and Recreation”, then click on “Sports and Recreation”, then click on “Arenas and Outdoor Skating”.

Free access to Westridge outdoor tennis courts.

Discounts on annual and multi-admission passes at City of Edmonton sports and recreation facilities (Community League Wellness Program).

Discounts on certain Oilers, Oil Kings or Capitals tickets – contact John Sutherland at (780)409-2474.

Discounted rates on Westridge Wolf Willow Country Club Community Hall rentals.

The WWWCC Community League also:

  • Houses the Westridge Wolf Willow Playschool.
  • Is a leader in ensuring our streets are safe for all of us by becoming involved in the neighborhood traffic safety program.
  • Was responsible for the completion of the new Westridge Playground and Wanyandi Road Playground.
  • Is actively involved in the creation of the neighborhood trails map.
  • Organizes volunteers to coordinate and coach outdoor and indoor soccer so your children can participate.
  • Helps sponsor and supports the City of Edmonton Green Shack summer program.
  • Monitors and maintains the outdoor ice rink and offers reduced rates to all Whitemud West hockey teams.
  • Sponsors family fun events (Family Day Skating Party, Summer Kick-Off Party, Eats n’ Beats/Food Truck and Live Entertainment Event).
  • Sponsors a weekly Parent and Tot Playgroup at the Hall.
  • Gathers community input on neighborhood issues, opportunities and challenges.
  • Meets with other community leagues to address local issues and concerns through the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues.
