Signing Event Details

🕐 Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
📍 Location: Westridge Hall

Pre-Registration Required

Property owners wishing to sign the Westridge/Wolf Willow Restrictive Covenant must pre-register before attending the signing event.

Before the Event

To participate in the Restrictive Covenant signing, all property owners listed on title must pre-register by emailing the required information to:

Please submit your information before August 29/30 to help streamline the signing process.

Required Information

Please include the following in your email:

• Full legal name(s) of all property owners listed on title
• A current copy of your property title
• Residential address
• Residential and/or cell phone number
• Business address and business phone number (if applicable)
• Email address
• Occupation
• Government-issued photo ID for each owner listed on title (a clear photo or scan of a driver’s licence or other government-issued ID)

What to Bring to the Signing Event

If you have submitted all required information in advance, simply bring:

• A cheque for $525
  
  • Payable to: Joseph M. Shafir In Trust
• One piece of government-issued photo ID
