2026 Westridge Eats & Beats Pickleball Tournament

Join us for the 2026 Westridge Eats & Beats Pickleball Tournament, held during Eats & Beats, Westridge’s biggest community celebration of the year. Registration is now open!

Take advantage of Double Early Bird pricing from July 17–24, 2026.

Last year’s tournament filled all available team spots, and additional spaces had to be opened. This year, team capacities have already been increased to 12 teams per event, but registration may still fill quickly.


Tournament Overview

Hosted by the Westridge Wolf Willow Country Club Community League (WWWCCCL), the annual Westridge Eats & Beats Pickleball Tournament welcomes players of all skill levels for a fun, competitive weekend.

  • Open to all players
  • Cash prizes for 1st place winners in every event
  • Non-sanctioned tournament
  • DUPR ratings used for all events including Sunday’s 3 vs. 3 tournament
  • Tournament results reported to DUPR (excluding Sunday 3 vs. 3)
  • Refereed matches on Friday and Saturday
  • No referees for Sunday’s 3 vs. 3 event

Registration Fees

Your registration fee includes one tournament event.

Registration Requirements

Registration is considered complete once:

  • Payment has been received in full.
  • Team information has been completed.

Partners must register within two (2) days of the first player’s registration or the team will be moved to the waitlist.

Fun 3 vs. 3 Tournament

  • Skill Levels: 2.5 and under, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+
  • No age categories
  • Not reported to DUPR
  • No referees

Team Requirements:

  • Each team must include at least one female player
  • Three-player female teams are also permitted

Skill Ratings

Tournament divisions are based on DUPR ratings.

Every team is guaranteed three games.

Depending on registration numbers, events may use:

  • Round Robin
  • Double Elimination

Loser’s Bracket

  • One game to 15
  • Win by 1

Bronze Medal Match

  • One game to 15
  • Win by 2

Gold Medal Match

  • Best 2 of 3 games to 11

Gold Medal Tiebreaker

  • One game to 15
  • Win by 2

Format may change depending on event enrollment.


Prizes

1st Place

Cash Prize

25% of the net registration fees (excluding platform service charges) for each event will be distributed among the 1st place winners.

2nd Place

Prize(s) (non-transferable)

3rd Place

One guest certificate for the WWWCCC courts (value: $10).

Rules

  • Please familiarize yourself with the 2026 player and referee rules before competing.
  • Tournament follows USA Pickleball Rules.
  • Both UPA-approved and USA Pickleball-approved paddles are permitted.

Player Notifications

To receive match notifications and court assignments, your Pickleball Brackets player profile must have:

  • Receive in-game text messages = YES
  • Your cell carrier selected

Failure to arrive on time for scheduled matches will result in a forfeit.


Refund Policy

Withdrawals requested before August 9, 2026 at 7:00 PM will receive:

  • Full refund
  • Less a $15 administration fee

After August 9, 2026 at 7:00 PM, no refunds will be issued.

No exceptions.

Platform Fee

Pickleball Brackets charges a $5.00 USD service fee for each registered event.

This fee:

  • Is charged by the platform
  • Is outside the organizers’ control
  • Is non-refundable

Weather Policy

This tournament is played outdoors.

However, an indoor facility has been arranged should inclement weather require play to move indoors.

Rain or Shine – the tournament is ON!

If play has already begun and weather or other unforeseen circumstances arise, tournament officials will determine whether play can continue or whether winners may be declared.
