No previous yoga experience is required. Modifications will be provided so you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for your body.
The class is led by Emerald Lutz, a certified yoga instructor with more than 10 years of teaching experience who specializes in beginner and gentle yoga, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
