The WWWCCCL Board aspires to increase its engagement and communication with residents by improving our communications strategy. In order to accomplish this, we need volunteers to take on a piece (or two) of our communications plan. The committement isn’t big, maybe 1-2 hours per month and can be completed whenever works for your schedule. We need volunteers who can help ensure consistent and current content is shared with our community.

Below is an outline of the ways we want to help inform our community:

  1. Monthly Email: This will be done each month following the monthly Board meeting
  2. Facebook and Instagram: Weekly post of the upcoming news and events
  3. Website: Monthly updates or as needed
  4. Newsletter: Created and distrubuted in January and July of each year

You do not need to attend monthly board meetings nor have communications or graphic design experience, just a computer! You can help out during the commercial break of your favorite show.
