Many Neighbours, One Neighbourhood

The Westridge and Oleskiw communities are made up of over 1600 residents in the Westridge, Wolf Willow, and Country Club neighborhoods. Being one of Edmonton’s mature communities, we are proud to be intertwined with paths that give us access to the river valley through trails, stairs, and a foot bridge. The WWWCCCL strives to create a safe, inclusive, and energetic community by looking out for one another, focusing on family, and being involved in our community. Our neighbors are never alone, no matter their stage of life. Although we have many residents, our community spirit and support, makes it feel like a cozy neighborhood.

The WWWCCCL is volunteer driven by people who live in Westridge, Wolf Willow, or Country Club. The Board provides many opportunities to residents and the community to build relationships and create a sense of togetherness. Our hall can be rented for events and hosts many regular programs, including SportBall, Minor Soccer, Pedal Heads, Tennis, Pickleball, and outdoor ice hockey. Our volunteer led Board is enthusiastic and committed to providing opportunities for neighbors to connect through various events, such as Eats and Beats, Community Picnic, Craft Markets, and more. We look forward to meeting you at an upcoming program or event, on the trails or at the playground!

We are part of the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues, the representative and coordinating body for all community leagues in Edmonton. The EFCL is unique in its structure there is no comparable organization like it in the world. It is also North America’s  largest registered volunteer not-for profit organization.

The WWWCCCL is a Society registered with Service Alberta. Our bylaws are available here.

The Board meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the hall, though meetings are occasionally cancelled or rescheduled. Meetings of the League are open to the public, and minutes of board and general meetings are available to members upon request by emailing hallrentals@wwwcccl.com (Note: the board reserves the right to enter confidential session – those minutes are only available to members who were present during the confidential session).
