U4, U5, U6 & U8 Team Officials
The West Zone offers Age Specific Information Sessions at NO COST (Hosted by EMSA WEST). These mini programs are specific to the West Zone (different than all other EMSA Zones) and they ask that all Team Officials attend a Session. U6 April 23 – Mini West Zone Coach Course 2:00-4:00pm; St.Fx. Sports Centre (9240-163 St).
U6 & U8 April 23 – Security Clearance submission 4:00pm–5:00pm; St.Fx. Sports Centre (9240-163 St)
U8 April 23 – Mini West Zone Coach Course 5:00-7:00pm; St.Fx. Sports Centre (9240-163 St).
U4 April 29 – St. Francis Xavier Sports Centre gym# 3; 7pm-9pm. (7-7:45pm for Security Clearance Forms)
U4 & U6 April 30 – St. Francis Xavier Sports Centre gym# 3; 6pm-9pm. (6-6:45pm for Security Clearance Forms)
U10, U12, U14, U16 & U18 Coaches Package Pick Up
April 26 Team meeting and scheduled pickup – Laperle Hall – 18611 – 97A Ave
- U10 Coaches and Team Officials– 6pm; brief meeting and gamebook and schedule
- U12 Coaches and Team Officials -7pm; brief meeting and gamebook and schedule
- U14-U18 Coaches and Team Officials at 8pm – for game books and Security Clearance forms – as EMSA is to post schedules online April 27 by 7pm.
Security Clearance Applications for Team officials for U10-U18 ONLY will be done on the night of April 26 at Laperle Hall as well. Please bring 2 pieces of government issued ID as specified above as well as your complete Police Record Check and Third Party Forms.
ADDITIONAL COACHING COURSES can be found HERE. Please note that there are fees related to these courses but that they can be subsidized by EMSA West or your Community League.
