The trail and bridge across Wolf Willow Creek will be closed
starting mid to late October and may remain closed into December 2006, pending a successful tender.
This closure is due to public safety concerns relating to the construction activities involved in the slope remediation work in the Wolf Willow Creek Ravine. Work at the site will adhere to the City of Edmonton's guidelines regarding hours of work and noise
levels. If you have questions, please contact Mr. Paul Lach, Engineering Services, Transportation Department, City of Edmonton at 496-6358.

We haven't had an update from Paulmac Developments for awhile about
the completion of the road at Wanyandi Road east of 170 Street.
Our last update advised that the following was still to be
completed. If you drive this road, you'll see that some of this has
been done.
From 2006:
· Finishing the curb and gutter
· Spreading and compacting the
gravel base for the road
· Paving the road
· Pouring the concrete islands
The consultant for this project, UMA Engineering, expects Wanyandi
Road to be open to traffic by October 2 (also dependent on the
weather). After the road is open they will continue work on
the sidewalks and should complete them in the following two week
period. However, there are utility relocations required under
the sidewalk on the north side of Wanyandi Road that may delay the
completion of the north sidewalk until the spring of 2007.
