2017 Registration Information

2017 Outdoor Soccer Registration

New registration process ….. Registration online only ….. Please read carefully!!!

If you and your child do not already have an account with EMSA, which is under one family emails, you will have to create an account HERE and put all your family members under that one account.

Once your account has been set up:

  • you need to register your children for the outdoor season and
  • If you want to volunteer as a coach, assistant coach or team manager (TEAM OFFICIAL) then you also have to register yourself for the season

Follow these steps:

Go to https://emsasoccerportal.com/ui/? on or after February 1, 2017 and create yourself an account or log into your existing account. NOTE: You will need a current community membership.

Once you have located or made your family account you will need to register each child.  When registering you will see all the costs associated with seasons outdoor Soccer.

There is not an option of paying online. Once your child is registered, print off their registration confirmation or have an electronic copy and bring it to one of the two soccer payment sessions list below.  With the confirmation it will be easier and faster during payment sessions.  Cash or Cheques only.

February 13th – 10 am to 12 pm – Community Hall (505 Wolf Willow Road)
February 28th – 6 pm to 8 pm – Community Hall (505 Wolf Willow Road)

IMPORTANT:

Once your child has been registered on the EMSA Portal system for 2017 Outdoor Soccer Season, they will not be placed onto a Team until Payment has been received by David at the Soccer Payment Sessions.

Please have a copy of your registration confirmation and bring it to Payment Session to finalize your Child’s 2017 Outdoor Soccer registration.

YOU MUST Attend a Soccer Registration Payment in Person

Registration Payment Dates:

Monday, February 13, 2017 from 10 am – 12 pm at WWWCCCL Hall

Tuesday, February 28, 2017 from 6 pm – 8 pm at WWWCCCL Hall

Registration will not be complete if you do not come to one of these registration dates to pay.

Child will not be placed on team until their registration is paid in full.

WWWCCCL Memberships will be on sale at registration or you can purchase online at www.efcl.org

All teams are subject to extra game nights as required to complete the outdoor schedule on time.

There is a possibility the season will be extended

U10 teams and higher may have back to back games

Additional fees may be charged for tournaments or other activities

If paying fees by cheque please bring a second cheque for the Volunteer Bond:

  1. Soccer Fee Cheque and
  2. Volunteer Cheque amount for $100 and dated July 1, 2017

Outdoor Soccer Refund Policy

  • Players are able to receive a full refund of fees up to March 31, 2016, which is close to the date that we declare teams to EMSA West.
  • Partial refunds after this date will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • NO refunds will be considered after the season start date of May 1
